Faye Grund, RN, MSN will be teaching Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at MedCentral. Mental health promotion is one of her passions as she serves on the Richland County National Alliance on Mental Illness board. Faye is currently working on her post-masters certificate in the Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Akron, along with taking courses in the DNP program at Case Western Reserve University. Faye has served as a faculty advisor for the MCN-SNA from the summer of 2005. She desires to see all students involved in their professional organization, SNA! Faculty Advisor - Gina Dahlby Gina Dahlby is a clinical instructor of Critical Care for MedCentral College of Nursing. She is also an instructor for the college's new Sim Lab. She teaches nursing students care for the newest technology of the Simulator Manikins. Faculty Advisor - Dan Hellinger Dan Hellinger is clinical instructor for MedCentral College of Nursing. President - Kaylie Newton Welcome to the MCN-SNA website! My name is Kaylie Newton and I am the current president of the MCN-SNA. I am a senior here at MedCentral and plan to graduate in June!! Yea! I have such a great time being involved in the SNA. It is such a rewarding experience and I know what I have learned with carry me into the real world!! After graduation I plan to pursue a career in Labor and Delivery. My goal for this year is to continue to make our name a great one! Vice President - Jen Dreher Secretary - Kendall Whiteamire Kendall is a senior at MedCentral College of Nursing. She is planning to graduate in June! Project Planner - Melody Parton Newsletter Coordinator - Sarah Sherman Hello, my name is Sarah Sherman and I am a Freshman at MedCentral College of Nursing. This is my first year in a leadership position for the MCN-SNA, and I'm happy to be a part of the board and help plan all of our activities, promotions, and fundraisers. I am not sure of what type of nursing I would like to specialize in as I have not begun my clinicals. But I am excited to find out what I will like!
